Terms conditions

All accommodation rates are GST inclusive (unless otherwise specified by the individual hotel).
Prices quoted are part of room blocks secured by AES. These rates are valid till 7 August 2026 after this date rates will be subject to availability and best rate on offer.
AES act as an intermediary between you and the hotel and by making a reservation and providing your credit card details your booking is then confirmed directly with the hotel.

Hotels require credit card details to guarantee reservations. By completing this online form, you authorise the secure transmission of your contact and payment details to your selected hotel via EventsAir’s secure payment vault for the purpose of securing your booking.

For any changes to your booking, you must contact kerrie@destinationconference.com.au to relate these changes.

All miscellaneous charges relating to your stay are at your own expense.

By making a reservation with the hotel, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that hotel, and to any additional terms and conditions of the hotel that may apply during your stay.

Double Tree by Hilton
